(وَكَمَقْبَرَةِ مَسْجِدُ حَدَثَ بِهَا) أَيْ: الْمَقْبَرَةِ، فَلَا تَصِحُّ الصَّلَاةُ فِيهِ سِوَى صَلَاةِ جِنَازَةٍ، أَوْ لِعُذْرٍ.

قَالَ الْآمِدِيُّ: لَا فَرْقَ بَيْنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْقَدِيمِ وَالْحَدِيثِ
