(وَلَوْ وُضِعَ قَبْرٌ) أَيْ: مَقْبَرَةٌ، (وَمَسْجِدٌ مَعًا، لَمْ يَجُزْ) وَضْعُ ذَلِكَ، (وَلَمْ يَصِحَّ وَقْفٌ، وَ) لَا (صَلَاةٌ) بِهِ. (قَالَهُ) ابْنُ الْقَيِّمِ (فِي " الْهَدْيِ) النَّبَوِيِّ "
