وَإِنْ شَهِدَا أَنَّهُ أَقْرَضَهُ أَلْفًا، ثُمَّ قَال أَحَدُهُمَا: قَضَاهُ نِصْفَهُ، صَحَّتْ شَهَادَتُهُمَا

(وَإِنْ شَهِدَا أَنَّهُ أَقْرَضَهُ أَلْفًا، ثُمَّ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: قَضَاهُ نِصْفَهُ، صَحَّتْ شَهَادَتُهُمَا) بِالْأَلْفِ، لِأَنَّ الْوَفَاءَ لَا يُنَافِي الْقَرْضَ، فَيَحْتَاجُ إثْبَاتُ قَضَاءِ الْخَمْسِمِائَةِ إلَى شَاهِدٍ آخَرَ أَوْ يَمِينٍ.
