(فَإِنْ فَسَّرَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: إقْرَارَهُ بِذَلِكَ (بِهِبَةٍ، وَقَالَ بَدَا لِي مِنْ تَقْبِيضِهِ؛ قُبِلَ) لِأَنَّهُ يُحْتَمَلُ، وَلَا يُجْبَرُ عَلَى تَقْبِيضِهِ، لِأَنَّهُ الْهِبَةُ لَا تَلْزَمُ قَبْلَ الْقَبْضِ، وَإِنْ قَالَ
