(أَوْ قَالَ قَبَضْته) عَلَى يَدِ زَيْدٍ أَوْ قَالَ وَصَلَ إلَيَّ عَلَى (يَدِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: زَيْدٍ (لَمْ يُعْتَبَرْ لِزَيْدٍ قَوْلٌ) مِنْ تَصْدِيقٍ أَوْ ضِدِّهِ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَعْتَرِفْ لَهُ بِيَدٍ، بَلْ كَانَ سَفِيرًا.
