(وَإِنْ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا) ؛ أَيْ: الِابْنَيْنِ عَنْ قِنٍّ مِنْ الْقِنَّيْنِ (أَبِي أَعْتَقَ هَذَا، وَقَالَ الِابْنُ الْآخَرُ أَبِي أَعْتَقَ أَحَدَهُمَا وَأَجْهَلُهُ؛ أَقُرِعَ بَيْنَهُمَا) ؛ أَيْ: الْقِنَّيْنِ؛ لِتَعَيُّنِ مَنْ لَمْ يُعَيِّنْهُ
