(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ يَجِبُ عَلَى مَنْ تَيَقَّنَ خَطَأَ نَفْسِهِ بِإِخْبَارِ ثِقَةٍ يَقِينًا تَرَكَ اجْتِهَادَهُ، (وَيَسْتَأْنِفُ) الصَّلَاةَ لِتَبَيُّنِ عَدَمِ انْعِقَادِهَا.

وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
