، وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ: (وَلَا يَضْمَنُهُ) لِفِعْلِهِ مَا هُوَ مَأْذُونٌ فِيهِ شَرْعًا.

قَالَ الشَّيْخُ تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ: فَإِنْ مَاتَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ؛ فَدَمُهُ هَدَرٌ. (وَلَا يُكَرِّرُهُ) ، أَيْ: الدَّفْع (إنْ خَافَ فَسَادَهَا) ، أَيْ: الصَّلَاةِ، لِأَنَّهُ يُؤَدِّي إلَى إفْسَادِهَا.
