مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَحْرُمُ) عَلَيْهِ التَّكْرَارُ الْمُؤَدِّي إلَى إفْسَادِ الصَّلَاةِ. (وَيَضْمَنُهُ) أَيْ: يَضْمَنُ مُصَلٍّ مَارًّا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ إنْ قَتَلَهُ (إذَنْ) ، أَيْ: مَعَ تَكْرَارِ الدَّفْعِ، مَعَ خَوْفِ الْفَسَادِ، لِعَدَمِ الْإِذْنِ فِيهِ حِينَئِذٍ، وَعُلِمَ مِنْهُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَضْمَنُهُ بِدُونِهِ.
