مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَسُنَّ فَصْلٌ بَيْنَ فَرْضٍ وَسُنَّةٍ بِقِيَامٍ) ، أَيْ: انْتِقَالٍ (أَوْ كَلَامٍ) ؛ لِقَوْلِ مُعَاوِيَةَ:«إنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَمَرَنَا أَنْ لَا نُوصِلَ صَلَاةً حَتَّى نَخْرُجَ، أَوْ نَتَكَلَّمَ» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.
