مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَتَجُوزُ) أَنْ تُصَلَّى الثَّلَاثُ رَكَعَاتٍ (بِ) سَلَامٍ (وَاحِدٍ سَرْدًا) فَلَا يَجْلِسُ إلَّا فِي آخِرِهِنَّ. (وَتَجُوزُ كَمَغْرِبٍ) جُزِمَ بِهِ فِي الْمُسْتَوْعِبِ وَغَيْرِهِ. (وَقِيلَ:) إذَا جَلَسَ عَقِبَ الثَّانِيَةِ (لَا) يَجُوزُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يَكُونُ وِتْرًا، وَهُوَ وَجْهٌ لِلْأَصْحَابِ، اخْتَارَهُ الْقَاضِي، وَالْمَذْهَبُ الْجَوَازُ. ،
