(وَقَالَ) الشَّيْخُ تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ (إلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ الْإِمَامُ مُطَاعًا) كَالسُّلْطَانِ وَالْأَمِيرِ (فَ) إتْيَانُهُ بِمَا هُوَ (السُّنَّةُ) عِنْدَهُ (أَوْلَى -) ، سَوَاءٌ رَآهُ الْمَأْمُومُونَ أَمْ لَا.
