(وَجَازَ جُلُوسٌ لِمُبْتَدِئٍ نَفْلًا قَائِمًا كَعَكْسِهِ) ، لِقَوْلِ عَائِشَةَ «إنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لَمْ يَمُتْ حَتَّى كَانَ كَثِيرًا مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ، وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ» رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.

وَسُومِحَ فِي التَّطَوُّعِ تَرْكُ الْقِيَامِ تَرْغِيبًا فِي تَكْثِيرِهِ.
