(وَلَا يَضُرُّ رَفْعُ رَأْسِ مُسْتَمِعٍ) قَبْلَ رَفْعِ قَارِئٍ، (وَ) كَذَا لَا يَضُرُّ (سَلَامُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُسْتَمِعُ (قَبْلَ) سَلَامِ (قَارِئٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ إمَامًا لَهُ حَقِيقَةً، بَلْ بِمَنْزِلَتِهِ، وَإِلَّا لَمَا صَحَّ ذَلِكَ،

وَأَمَّا الْمَأْمُومُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، فَلَا يَرْفَعُ قَبْلَ إمَامِهِ كَسُجُودِ الصُّلْبِ.
