(وَإِلَّا) أَيْ: وَإِنْ لَمْ نَشْتَرِطْ فِي النِّعْمَةِ الظُّهُورَ؛ (فَنِعَمُ اللَّهِ فِي كُلِّ وَقْتٍ لَا تُحْصَى) ، وَالْعُقَلَاءُ يُهَنِّئُونَ بِالسَّلَامَةِ مِنْ الْعَارِضِ وَلَا يَفْعَلُونَهُ فِي كُلِّ سَاعَةٍ.
