(وَلَا يَقْطَعُهَا) ، أَيْ: صَلَاةَ التَّطَوُّعِ (إنْ دَخَلَ وَقْتُ نَهْيٍ وَهُوَ) أَيْ: الْمُتَطَوِّعُ (فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: فِي الصَّلَاةِ النَّافِلَةِ، (قَالَهُ الزَّرْكَشِيُّ) .

وَقَالَ ابْنُ تَمِيمٍ: وَظَاهِرُ الْخِرَقِيِّ: أَنَّ إتْمَامَ النَّفْلِ فِي وَقْتِ النَّهْيِ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، بَلْ يُخَفِّفُهُ.
