(وَيَجُوزُ تَفْسِيرُ) الْقُرْآنِ (بِمُقْتَضَى اللُّغَةِ) الْعَرَبِيَّةِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ نَزَلَ بِهَا، وَ (لَا) يَجُوزُ تَفْسِيرُ الْقُرْآنِ (بِالرَّأْيِ) مِنْ غَيْرِ لُغَةٍ وَلَا نَقْلٍ،
