(وَيَتَّجِهُ: فِي غَيْرِ مَغْرِبٍ) ،

وَأَمَّا فِي الْمَغْرِبِ، فَلَا يَتَحَمَّلُ عَنْهُ؛ لِأَنَّ مَحَلَّ تَشَهُّدِهِ الْأَوَّلِ هُوَ مَحَلُّ تَشَهُّدِ الْإِمَامِ الْأَخِيرِ، فَلَا عُذْرَ لَهُ فِي تَرْكِهِ، (خِلَافًا لَهُمَا) ، أَيْ " لِلْإِقْنَاعِ "" وَالْمُنْتَهَى " (فِيمَا يُوهِمُ) مِنْ إطْلَاقِهِمَا، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
