وَإن كَبَّر لإحْرَامٍ مَعَهُ أَوْ قَبْلَ إتمَامِهِ لَمْ تَنْعَقِدْ،

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) أَمَّا مُوَافَقَةُ الْمَأْمُومِ الْإِمَامَ فِي أَقْوَالِ الصَّلَاةِ (إنْ كَبَّرَ لِإِحْرَامٍ مَعَهُ) أَيْ: مَعَ إمَامِهِ، (أَوْ) كَبَّرَ (قَبْلَ إتْمَامِهِ) الْإِحْرَامَ؛ (لَمْ تَنْعَقِدْ) صَلَاتُهُ عَمْدًا كَانَ أَوْ سَهْوًا؛ لِأَنَّ شَرْطَهَا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِهَا بَعْدَ إمَامِهِ وَقَدْ فَاتَهُ.
