(وَعَلَيْهِ) أَيْ: عَلَى مَأْمُومٍ تَعَمَّدَ السَّبْقَ، (وَعَلَى جَاهِلٍ وَنَاسٍ ذَكَرَ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ لِيَأْتِيَ بِهِ) أَيْ: بِمَا سَبَقَ بِهِ إمَامَهُ (مَعَهُ) أَيْ: عَقِبَهُ، وَإِلَّا فَتَقَدَّمَ تُكْرَهُ مُوَافَقَتُهُ فِي الْأَفْعَالِ،
