(وَلَا تَسْقُطُ) الصَّلَاةُ عَنْ مُكَلَّفٍ (مَا دَامَ عَقْلُهُ ثَابِتًا) ، لِقُدْرَتِهِ عَلَى الْإِيمَاءِ مَعَ النِّيَّةِ بِقَلْبِهِ، وَلِعُمُومِ أَدِلَّةِ وُجُوبِ الصَّلَاةِ.
