(وَإِلَّا) بِأَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِمَحَلِّ قُعُودٍ: (بَطَلَتْ صَلَاتُهُ) لِزِيَادَتِهِ فِعْلًا فِي غَيْرِ مَحَلِّهِ، (وَ) بَطَلَتْ (صَلَاةُ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ وَلَوْ جَهِلُوا) ، لِارْتِبَاطِ صَلَاتِهِمْ بِصَلَاتِهِ، وَكَمَا لَوْ سَبَقَهُ الْحَدَثُ.
