وَفِي التَّلْخِيصِ وَإِنْ رَجَعَ لأَجْلِ شَيءٍ نَسِيَهُ؛ لَمْ يَقْصُرْ فِي رُجُوعِهِ لِوَطَنِهِ إلَّا إذَا رَجَعَ لِبَلَدٍ كَانَ بِها غَرِيبًا، فَيَتَرَخَّصُ عَلَى الأَصَحِّ، انْتَهى.
