(وَلَا يُعِيدُ مَنْ قَصَرَ) بِشَرْطِهِ (ثُمَّ رَجَعَ قَبْلَ) اسْتِكْمَالِ (الْمَسَافَةِ) ، لِأَنَّ الْمُعْتَبَرَ نِيَّةُ الْمَسَافَةِ لَا حَقِيقَتُهَا.
