(وَصَحَّ لَوْ نَوَى) مَأْمُومٌ عِنْدَ اقْتِدَائِهِ بِمَنْ ظَنَّهُ مُسَافِرًا (إنْ قَصَرَ قَصَرْت، وَ) إنْ (أَتَمَّ أَتْمَمْت وَلَا يَضُرُّ جَهْلُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمُسَافِرِ
