مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(أَوْ شَكَّ) إمَامٌ أَوْ غَيْرُهُ (فِي أَثْنَائِهَا) ، أَيْ: الصَّلَاةِ (أَنَّهُ نَوَاهُ) أَيْ: الْقَصْرَ (عِنْدَ إحْرَامِهَا) أَيْ: الصَّلَاةِ، (ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ) بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ نَوَاهُ، لَزِمَهُ أَنْ يُتِمَّ، لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَنْوِهِ، وَإِطْلَاقُ النِّيَّةِ لَا يَنْصَرِفُ إلَيْهِ.
