(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَ) لَوْ نَوَى الْقَصْرَ مَنْ لَمْ يُبَحْ لَهُ الْقَصْرُ (جَهْلًا) مِنْهُ عَدَمَ جَوَازِهِ؛ (تَنْعَقِدُ) صَلَاتُهُ، وَتَقَعُ (نَفْلًا) ، وَعَلَيْهِ سُجُودُ السَّهْوِ إنْ عَلِمَ قَرِيبًا، وَهُوَ مُتَّجَهٌ.
