(أَوْ) نَوَى إقَامَةً لَا تَمْنَعُ الْقَصْرَ (بِبَلَدٍ دُونَ مَقْصِدِهِ بِنِيَّةٍ) ، أَيْ: بَلَدِ إقَامَتِهِ الْمَذْكُورَةِ (وَبَيْنَ بَلَدِ نِيَّتِهِ الْأُولَى دُونَ الْمَسَافَةِ) ، فَلَهُ الْقَصْرُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُسَافِرٌ سَفَرًا طَوِيلًا، وَتِلْكَ الْإِقَامَةُ لَا أَثَرَ لَهَا.
