[فَرْعٌ لَا يُتَرَخَّصُ فِي سَفَرِ مَعْصِيَةٍ وَمَكْرُوهٍ بِقَصْرٍ وَلَا فِطْرٍ] (فَرْعٌ: لَا يُتَرَخَّصُ فِي سَفَرِ مَعْصِيَةٍ وَمَكْرُوهٍ بِقَصْرٍ وَ) لَا

(فِطْرٍ) ، وَتَقَدَّمَ. (وَلَا) يُتَرَخَّصُ بِ (أَكْلِ مَيْتَةٍ) نَصًّا؛ لِأَنَّهَا رُخَصٌ، فَلَا تُنَاطُ بِالْمَعَاصِي
