(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَ) غَيْرُ (خَائِفٍ فَوْتَ جَمَاعَةٍ بِتَرْكِهِ) أَيْ: الْجَمْعِ، فَيُسَنُّ لَهُ الْجَمْعُ حِينَئِذٍ مُحَافَظَةً عَلَى الْجَمَاعَةِ، وَهَذَا ضَعِيفٌ، عَبَّرَ عَنْهُ صَاحِبُ الْفَرْعِ " بِ: قِيلَ؛ إشَارَةً إلَى أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَرْتَضِهِ. (وَيُحْتَمَلُ وُجُوبُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْجَمْعِ
