مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) الْحَالَةُ الْخَامِسَةُ: لِ (عَاجِزٍ عَنْ طَهَارَةٍ) بِمَاءٍ (أَوْ تَيَمُّمٍ) بِتُرَابٍ (لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ فِي مَعْنَى الْمَرِيضِ وَالْمُسَافِرِ. وَالْحَالَةُ السَّادِسَةُ: الْمُشَارُ إلَيْهَا بِقَوْلِهِ: (أَوْ) عَاجِزٌ عَنْ (مَعْرِفَةِ وَقْتٍ كَأَعْمَى) وَمَطْمُورٍ، أَوْمَأَ إلَيْهِ أَحْمَدُ.
