(وَيَجُوزُ تَرْكُ) طَائِفَةٍ (حَارِسَةٍ الْحِرَاسَةَ) بِلَا إذْنِ الْإِمَامِ، وَتَأْتِي تُصَلِّي مَعَهُ (لِمَدَدٍ تَحَقَّقَتْ غِنَاهُ) ، أَيْ: أَجْزَأَهُ عَنْهَا لِحُصُولِ الْغَرَضِ،
