مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَوْ لَمْ يَرَهَا) ، أَيْ: الْجُمُعَةَ، أَيْ: وُجُوبَهَا (قَوْمٌ بِوَطَنٍ مَسْكُونٍ) لِنَقْصِهِمْ عَنْ الْأَرْبَعِينَ مَثَلًا، (فَلِلْمُحْتَسِبِ أَمْرُهُمْ بِهَا بِرَأْيِهِ) ، لِئَلَّا يَظُنَّ الصَّغِيرُ أَنَّهَا تَسْقُطُ مَعَ زِيَادَةِ الْعَدَدِ وَلِهَذَا الْمَعْنَى قَالَ أَحْمَدُ: يُصَلِّيهَا مَعَ بَرٍّ وَفَاجِرٍ، مَعَ اعْتِبَارِهِ عَدَالَةَ الْإِمَامِ.
