(وَيَتَّجِهُ مِثْلُهُ) أَيْ: مِثْلُ مَاءِ الْبِئْرِ الَّذِي فِي الْمَقْبَرَةِ (مَا سُخِّنَ بِنَجَاسَةٍ) ، إذْ لَا يُؤْمَنُ تَخَلُّلُ دُخَانِهَا الْمَاءَ، (أَوْ غَصْبٍ) لِلْأَمْرِ بِاتِّقَاءِ الشُّبُهَاتِ اسْتِبْرَاءً لِلْعِرْضِ وَالدِّينِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ،
