(وَيَتَّجِهُ: بَلْ) مَنْ نَذَرَ الِاسْتِسْقَاءَ مِنْ خِصْبٍ، فَنَذْرُهُ (كَ) نَذْرٍ (مُبَاحٍ) ، فَيُخَيَّرُ بَيْنَ فِعْلِهَا وَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَبَيْنَ تَرْكِهَا، وَكَفَّارَةِ يَمِينٍ،
