وَلَا يَلْزَمَانِ بِأَمْرِهِ

(وَلَا يَلْزَمَانِ) ، أَيْ: الصَّدَقَةُ وَالصَّوْمُ (بِأَمْرِهِ) مَعَ أَنَّهُمْ صَرَّحُوا بِوُجُوبِ طَاعَتِهِ فِي غَيْرِ الْمَعْصِيَةِ.
وَذَكَرَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ إجْمَاعًا.
