وَكَذَلِكَ تَسْقُطُ التَّسْمِيَةُ (جَهْلًا) لِحَدِيثِ «عُفِيَ لِأُمَّتِي عَنْ الْخَطَإِ وَالنِّسْيَانِ» (قِيَاسًا عَلَى وَاجِبِ صَلَاةٍ) مِنْ تَكْبِيرَاتِ الِانْتِقَالِ وَنَحْوِهَا،
