(وَ) كُرِهَ (قَطْعُ بَاسُورٍ) : دَاءٌ مَعْرُوفٌ، (وَمَعَ خَوْفِ تَلَفٍ بِقَطْعِهِ، يَحْرُمُ) قَطْعُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَعْرِيضٌ لِنَفْسِهِ لِلْهَلَكَةِ، (وَمَعَ خَوْفِ تَلَفٍ بِتَرْكِهِ) بِلَا قَطْعٍ، (يُبَاحُ) قَطْعُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَدَاوٍ.
