مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) سُنَّ (إسْرَاعُ تَجْهِيزِهِ) ، لِحَدِيثِ «لَا يَنْبَغِي لِجِيفَةِ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ تُحْبَسَ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْ أَهْلِهِ» رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد.

وَصَوْنًا لَهُ عَنْ التَّغْيِيرِ (إنْ مَاتَ غَيْرَ فُجَاءَةٍ) أَيْ: بَغْتَةً. (وَ) سُنَّ إسْرَاعُ (تَفْرِيقِ وَصِيَّتِهِ) ، لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ تَعْجِيلِ أَجْرِهِ
