مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا بَأْسَ بِانْتِظَارِ مَنْ يُحْضِرُهُ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ) ، أَيْ: وَارِثٍ، (وَكَثْرَةِ جَمْعٍ إنْ قَرُبَ وَلَمْ يُخْشَ عَلَيْهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَيِّتِ (أَوْ يَشُقُّ عَلَى الْحَاضِرِينَ) ، نَصَّ عَلَيْهِ، لِمَا يُؤْمَلُ مِنْ الدُّعَاءِ لَهُ إذَا صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ.
