(وَيَلْزَمُ الْوَارِثَ) أَوْ مَنْ تَعَيَّنَ عَلَيْهِ غُسْلُهُ (قَبُولُ مَاءٍ وُهِبَ لِ) غُسْلِ (مَيِّتٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا مِنَّةَ عَلَى قَابِلِ ذَلِكَ؛ لِأَنَّهُ قَبِلَهُ لِغَيْرِهِ، وَ (لَا) يَلْزَمُهُ قَبُولُ (ثَمَنِهِ) ، لِمَا فِيهِ مِنْ الْمِنَّةِ،
