(وَكُرِهَ أَخْذُ أُجْرَةٍ عَلَيْهِ) ، أَيْ: عَلَى غُسْلِ الْمَيِّتِ، إلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ مُحْتَاجًا، فَيُعْطَى مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَالِ،

فَإِنْ تَعَذَّرَ أُعْطِيَ بِقَدْرِ عَمَلِهِ. (وَ) كَذَا يُكْرَهُ أَخْذُ أُجْرَةٍ (عَلَى صَلَاةٍ وَتَكْفِينٍ وَحَمْلٍ وَدَفْنٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ قُرْبَةٌ.
