مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَالْأَوْلَى بِهِ) ، أَيْ: غُسْلِهِ (وَصِيُّهُ الْحُرُّ الْعَدْلُ) ، "؛ لِأَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ أَوْصَى أَنْ تُغَسِّلَهُ امْرَأَتُهُ أَسْمَاءُ وَأَنَسٌ أَوْصَى أَنْ يُغَسِّلَهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ "؛ وَلِأَنَّهُ حَقٌّ لِلْمَيِّتِ، فَقُدِّمَ فِيهِ وَصِيُّهُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ.
