(فَلَوْ تُرِكَ) الْمَيِّتُ (تَحْتَ نَحْوِ مِيزَابٍ، وَحَضَرَ أَهْلٌ) يَصْلُحُ (لِغُسْلِهِ) وَهُوَ: الْمُسْلِمُ الْمُمَيِّزُ، (وَنَوَى) غُسْلَهُ وَسَمَّى، (وَمَضَى زَمَنٌ يُمْكِنُ غُسْلُهُ فِيهِ) ، بِحَيْثُ يَغْلِبُ عَلَى الظَّنِّ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ عَمَّهُ؛ (كَفَى) فِي أَدَاءِ فَرْضِ الْغُسْلِ.
