مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ خَالَطَتْهُ) ، أَيْ: دَمَ الشَّهِيدِ (نَجَاسَةٌ؛ غُسِلَ) الدَّمُ (مَعَهَا) - أَيْ: النَّجَاسَةِ - لِأَنَّ دَرْءَ الْمَفَاسِدِ، وَمِنْهُ غَسْلُ النَّجَاسَةِ، مُقَدَّمٌ عَلَى جَلْبِ الْمَصَالِحِ، وَمِنْهُ إبْقَاءُ دَمِ الشَّهِيدِ عَلَيْهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَثَرُ عِبَادَةٍ.
