مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ عُدِمَ مَالُهُ) - أَيْ الْمَيِّتِ - بِأَنْ لَمْ يَخْلُفْ تِرْكَةً. أَوْ تَلِفَتْ قَبْلَ تَجْهِيزِهِ. (فَعَلَى مَنْ تَلْزَمُهُ نَفَقَتُهُ) - أَيْ الْمَيِّتِ - حَالَ حَيَاتِهِ (بِقَدْرِهَا) - أَيْ: النَّفَقَةِ - فَمَنْ لَهُ أَخَوَانِ تَلْزَمُهُمَا نَفَقَتُهُ.

فَعَلَى كُلٍّ مِنْهُمَا نِصْفُ مُؤْنَةِ تَجْهِيزِهِ
