وَلَا يُجْبَى كَفَنٌ، لِعَدَمٍ إنْ سُتِرَ بِحَشِيشٍ وَنَحْوهِ،

(وَلَا يُجْبَى كَفَنٌ، لِعَدَمِ) يُكَفَّنُ بِهِ مَيِّتٌ (إنْ سُتِرَ) .
أَيْ: أَمْكَنَ سَتْرُهُ (بِحَشِيشٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) كَوَرَقِ شَجَرٍ، لِحُصُولِ الْمَقْصُودِ بِلَا إهَانَةٍ.
