وَكُرِهَ رَقِيقٌ يَحْكِي الْهَيئَةَ وَمِنْ شَعْرٍ وَصُوفٍ وَمُزَعْفَرٌ وَمُعَصْفَرٌ وَمَنْقُوشٌ وَلَوْ لأُنْثَى

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَكُرِهَ) التَّكْفِينُ بِثَوْبٍ (رَقِيقٍ يَحْكِي الْهَيْئَةَ) لِرِقَّتِهِ نَصًّا، وَلَا يُجْزِئُ مَا يَصِفُ الْبَشَرَةَ. (وَ) كُرِهَ كَفَنٌ (مِنْ شَعْرٍ وَ) مِنْ (صُوفٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ خِلَافُ فِعْلِ السَّلَفِ (وَ) كُرِهَ كَفَنٌ (مُزَعْفَرٌ وَمُعَصْفَرٌ وَمَنْقُوشٌ وَلَوْ لِأُنْثَى) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَلِيقُ بِالْحَالِ.
