مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيُصَلَّى عَلَى غَائِبٍ عَنْ) الـ (بَلَدِ وَلَوْ) كَانَ (دُونَ مَسَافَةِ قَصْرٍ أَوْ فِي غَيْرِ قِبْلَتِهِ) - أَيْ: الْمُصَلِّي - فَتَصِحُّ مِنْ الْإِمَامِ وَالْآحَادِ نَصًّا، لِحَدِيثِ جَابِرٍ فِي «صَلَاةِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ وَأَمْرِهِ أَصْحَابَهُ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْهِ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.
