مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(إلَّا إذَا صُلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ) ، أَيْ: الْمَيِّتِ (بِلَا إذْنِ الْأَوْلَى بِهَا) ، أَيْ: بِالصَّلَاةِ مِنْ الْمُصَلِّي (مَعَ حُضُورِهِ) - أَيْ: الْأَوْلَى - وَعَدَمِ إذْنِهِ، وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ خَلْفَهُ، (فَتُعَادُ) الصَّلَاةُ عَلَيْهِ (تَبَعًا) لِلْوَلِيِّ؛ لِأَنَّهَا حَقُّهُ، ذَكَرَهُ أَبُو الْمَعَالِي
